IntoWorld customer definition

 

Our definition of an IntoWorld “customer” includes anyone who purchases products from IntoMarket or any of our affiliated Web sites, any visitors to any of our Web sites, and any respondents who participate in any of our surveys.

 

How we collect information

 

We only collect information from our customers that our customers knowingly and voluntarily provide to us on our Web sites.

 

We collect information from our customers when you fill in sales forms when purchasing products on our Web sites, when you fill in address forms on our surveys, or when you send us information using other forms of communication, such as email, postal mail, or voice mail.

 

What information we collect

 

The information we collect may include your name, mailing addresses, email addresses, Web site addresses, phone numbers, or payment information, such as bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or other payment account information, such as PayPal.

 

How we use the information we collect

 

IntoWorld uses the information we collect from our customers to help us better serve our customers’ needs.

 

IntoWorld uses the information provided to us by our customers to process and fulfill sales orders and to send products to our customers who have placed orders for IntoMarket products.  We also use customer information to provide information to our customers regarding their sales orders and transactions with IntoMarket, and to provide customer service to our customers relating to their orders placed with IntoMarket.  We may use email addresses our customers provide us with to offer customers additional information about our products and services, or to invite customers to take surveys.

 

IntoWorld uses personal contact information provided to us by survey respondents – only your name and mailing address – one time only, for incentive fulfillment purposes, to mail product samples to survey respondents.  IntoMarket never uses any personal contact information collected in our surveys for any purpose other than incentive fulfillment without first receiving express “opt-in” permission from survey respondents.

 

We do not share your information with anyone

 

IntoWorld guarantees that any and all personal information we collect from our customers will always remain confidential within IntoMarket.  We will never share any of your personal information with any third party companies, organizations or individuals outside of IntoMarket, unless we are required to do so by law.

 

IntoWorld may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information, such as survey results, data and statistics, publicly or with our partners, publishers, advertisers or investors.  We will never reveal any individually identifiable personal information in any of our published survey data.

 

How to change modify, or delete your personal information

 

You may change, modify, update or delete any of your personal information from our data files at IntoWorld at any time by emailing your request to: infoupdate@intoworld.com.  We will respond promptly to your request and make any reasonable changes you request to your information.

 

How to opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving future communications from IntoWorld

 

Any emails IntoWorld sends to any of our customers will always have an opt-out option in the email, allowing the recipient to opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving future emails from IntoMarket.  Customers may opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving future communications from IntoWorld at any time by emailing IntoWorld at unsubscribe@intoworld.com, with the words, “UNSUBSCRIBE [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS]" in the subject line of the email.  Upon receipt of your request to opt-out/unsubscribe, IntoWorld will promptly remove your contact information (email address, mailing address and phone numbers) from all our mailing lists. If you opt out, you will no longer receive any promotional email sent to your email address from IntoWorld .  In this case, you would only receive email from IntoWorld if you have placed any recent sales orders or have any other pending transactions with IntoWorld .

 

Application

 

Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the products and services offered by IntoWorld on all of our affiliated Web sites.

 

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may include IntoMarket products or services, or other sites linked to or from our services.  Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise our services.

 

Enforcement

 

We will strictly enforce all aspects of our Privacy Policy within our company and all our affiliated Web sites.  We will respond promptly to any company or individual who may have any questions, concerns or complaints about our policies, and work directly with any company or individual, and if necessary, the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection agencies, to resolve any problems or issues you may have, to ensure we are in full compliance with our Privacy Policy.
